Valve Assembly Specialist

Manage and coordinate assembly, hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves ensuring test bed readiness, safety and leak-tight performance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with design team for final dimension, testing parameters and documentation.
- Track throughput, testing rejections and final acceptance clearance.
- Lead a team of engineers with strong focus on time and quality.
- Graduate in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years industry experience including 2 years in similar role.
- Familiarity with valve assemblies, sealing principles and testing.
- Hands-on approach and calmness under pressure.
Effective communication and leadership skills required.
Work involves hands-on approach to manage, coordinate assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves. Ensure test bed readiness, safety and leak-tight performance by coordinating with design team for final dimension, testing parameters and documentation. Track throughput, testing rejections and final acceptance clearance. Lead team of engineers with strong focus on time and quality.
To be successful in this role, candidate should have graduate degree in mechanical engineering and minimum 10 years industry experience including 2 years in similar role. Familiarity with valve assemblies, sealing principles and testing is essential. Hands-on approach and calmness under pressure are also required. Effective communication and leadership skills are must for this role.
