Procurement Lead

We're looking for a seasoned procurement professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project procurement, with expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

The role involves identifying and evaluating vendors, conducting technical evaluations, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules, and ensuring timely material availability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for project needs, considering factors such as quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, leveraging industry knowledge to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, fostering strong partnerships that drive business growth and minimize risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, generating regular reports on order status and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, addressing challenges and finding solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably with a system integrator or construction company.
