We are seeking an Electrical Procurement Specialist to oversee the entire procurement process for electrical items, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products that meet technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and finalize suppliers for electrical products (cables, switchgears, panels, etc.).
  • Coordinate RFQs, prepare price comparison sheets, and negotiate for optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure purchases align with project needs.
  • Maintain and update supplier lists, develop new partners, and conduct quality assurance audits.
  • Collaborate with project/logistics teams for dispatches, tracking, and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of quotations, POs, payments, and approvals.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
