Key responsibilities include executing procurement activities, raising requests, sourcing vendors, analyzing quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders. Effective coordination with internal stakeholders is vital to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Tracking order deliveries, verifying invoices, and liaising with the Finance team for payment processing are also crucial tasks.

Accurate maintenance of procurement records, vendor database, and adherence to audit and documentation standards are essential. Preparing procurement reports, tracking PO lifecycle, and collecting structured feedback from users post-delivery are additional duties.

Managing the inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and consumables, including tracking stock levels, issuance, and timely replenishment, falls within your scope. Asset movement, documentation, and implementation of asset tracking tools and internal audits are also within your realm.

The primary goal is to develop a strong understanding of procurement policies, tools, and vendor ecosystem. Expected outcomes include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of procurement policies, tools, and vendor ecosystem.
  • Maintaining 100% compliance with documentation and internal controls.
  • Overseeing inventory of supplies and consumables with ≥ 98% stock accuracy.
  • Acting as a responsive coordinator for internal procurement needs.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is an advantage.

Experience includes:

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking.
  • Exposure to administrative functions such as managing office supplies, consumables, and asset tagging.

Desirable skills include:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory control practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
