Executive Search Consultant

As a seasoned expert in business transformation, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills and experience to drive successful executive search and placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and recruit top-level executives through strategic networking and outreach.
  2. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  3. Administer psychometric evaluations, interpret reports, and provide summary analysis for clients.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates on hiring progress, and maintain confidentiality throughout the search process.
  5. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach, facilitate chemistry meetings, and ensure seamless integration of executives into their new role and client organization culture.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interviewing techniques and assessment skills.
  • Excellent planning, execution, and follow-up abilities.
  • Strong client management and consulting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is highly desirable.
