Job Title: Industry Placement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events
  • Maintain dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks
  • Onboard corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations
  • Design proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs
  • Represent Finocontrol at networking events
  • Support business development through B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects
  • Conduct resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks
  • Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance
  • Gather employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation
