
Strategic Business Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Professional to drive business growth by promoting our products ethically to customers.
The ideal candidate will achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and facilitate new product launches. Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing camps (CMEs), creating and updating customer lists, and ensuring adoption of our technology as per division norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and calls as per the customer management plan
- Organize CMEs and ensure their success
- Facilitate new product launches
- Create and update customer lists as per therapy and product requirements
- Ensure adoption of our technology as per division norms
Requirements:
- BSc/B. Pharm or Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative
- Fluent and confident communication skills
- Prior/current experience in the same therapy is preferred
- Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies have added advantages
