Business Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive growth and revenue expansion across a set of key accounts. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing commercial proposals to acquire and retain business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute account plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  2. Pitch new opportunities and structure commercial proposals to clients.
  3. Embed Visa capabilities across various functions to grow value-added services (VAS) revenue.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Improve Visa share in client's credit, debit, and prepaid lines of business.
  2. Structure and track commercial proposals offered to clients.
  3. Engage with clients at multiple levels to identify opportunities and embed Visa solutions.

This is a hybrid role that requires working from both remote and office locations. Employees in this role are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
