Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a cross-sell product strategy to drive growth through call center and contact center channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data analytics, and operations teams to create targeted outbound campaigns for existing customers.
  • Identify customer segments and tailor offers based on lifecycle behavior and product holdings.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics: conversion rates, lead penetration, talk time, quality, and sales KPIs.
  • Design training programs and scripts for telesales agents to ensure effective product communication and objection handling.
  • Coordinate with IT and tech teams to optimize dialer strategies, lead management, and CRM integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies on customer communication and product suitability.
