Role Overview:

This pivotal position drives our engagements with governmental bodies and agencies, providing expert counsel on real estate development, policy formulation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic planning and business development initiatives for the region
  • Own profit and loss responsibility for the city/region
  • Lead the execution, management, and development of the Strategic Advisory & valuations business
  • Quality check consulting assignments for accuracy and effectiveness
  • Oversee the execution of other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop financial business models for various assignments
  • Assess risk and sensitivity in valuation and advisory assignments
  • Develop business opportunities for consulting assignments, including government and private sector transactions, and provide transaction support for advisory-led transactions
Leadership Expectations:
  • Ensure direct reports receive regular guidance and assistance to achieve their full potential
