Studio Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Studio Operations Coordinator to support our creative team. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software is required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position requires the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the development sector is preferred, but not required.

  • Budget Management: Coordinate production budgets to align with creative goals and financial constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects and teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Evaluate resourcing needs and recommend staffing solutions for studio requests.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the team to develop production strategies that support creative vision.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and hiring talent to meet project demands.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong vendor database to support production.
  • Prioritization: Define and communicate production priorities clearly to ensure alignment across teams.
