Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and organized Operations Support Specialist to handle day-to-day back-office operations, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. This role involves preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, maintaining databases, and providing support to management in operational tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and organizational skills are also essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, managing correspondence through emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter data into our database and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • MIS Reports and Database Maintenance: Prepare MIS reports and maintain our databases to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support to management by assisting with tasks related to day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A graduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration is required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills are required for success in this position.
