
HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources team in handling essential administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Timesheet Management: Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and databases.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
