  • Collect semester-wise student fees and issue receipts according to our established procedures.
  • Provide multifaceted support through email, phone, and chat, adhering to defined SLAs.
  • Keep students informed about upcoming payment deadlines, policy changes, and important events via various channels.
  • Help students explore financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes and deadlines.
  • Resolve enrollment-related errors during course registration and address non-technical issues with personalized care.
  • Share opportunities for alumni engagement, guest lectures, webinars, and networking events, promoting lifelong learning.
  • Generate customized reports and compile data for internal use or regulatory compliance purposes.

  • 1–3 years of experience in student support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with online education platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and helpdesk software.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
