Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support professional to fill this challenging role in Kochi, India.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical assistance to end users addressing hardware software and networking issues with excellent working relationships.
  • A minimum of 6 months-2 years of technical support experience is required.
  • Good communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Responsible for L1 desktop support including hardware software and networking problems.
  • BASIC knowledge of networking concepts TCP/IP LAN troubleshooting and MS Office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory DNS DHCP Azure Windows 10 and 11 and Windows Server OS 2016 is necessary.
  • Knowledge of antivirus VPN endpoint security applications and desktop applications is required.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures and work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree without any arrears is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT support is needed.

Required Skills:

  • Technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of desktop and networking issues.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Willingness to work in day/night shifts and on holidays.
