
Tech Support Specialist

Job description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Technical Support Specialist to handle website maintenance, CRM setup, reporting automation, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational coding skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to support both functional and cosmetic improvements across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and update website backends for both cosmetic and functional changes
- Work with Java, HTML, Python, and other custom coding languages to make improvements
- Set up workflows, automations, and processes in CRM platforms like Monday.com and Zoho
- Create automated reports from various tools, software, and systems as requested
- Provide basic technical support for internal team issues, including slow computers, system freezes, virus scans, and file recovery
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve tech-related requests efficiently
Must-have Qualifications
Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python, and general coding fundamentals
Basic understanding of backend website structures and CMS systems
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn on the job
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com, Zoho preferred)
Up to 2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome)
