Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist:

  • Provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between customers and the company.
  • Explain our program to potential US customers over calls.
  • Manage client relationships, take feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US and UK.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles.
  • Pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.
  • Good communication skills and be a good listener.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
  • Understanding of US Accent is plus.
