Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Career Development Professional to lead our initiatives in generating and engaging with potential students and business partners, driving sales growth for the organization.

About the Role:

  • Telesales: Reach out to given leads and conduct cold calls through targeted Google searches
  • Identify counseling seekers and coordinate meetings to discuss their study abroad opportunities
  • Coordinate sales and payment collection processes to ensure seamless transactions
  • Collect and maintain details of potential study abroad students, including their preferences and requirements
  • Initial Counseling: Provide guidance on shortlisting universities and courses, with training provided as needed
  • Foster relationships with foreign Universities and explore potential collaborations
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
  • Showcase proficiency in basic event design using Canva
  • Coordinate and manage events at schools to promote our services
  • Oversee office space management and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a smooth working environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years' experience in business development and telesales, preferably in an education or related industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and precision
  • Strong focus and goal-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving targets
  • A sincere, non-smoker, and enthusiastic individual with innovative ideas to drive success

Essential Requirements:

  • Possession of a laptop and mobile device for efficient communication and task completion
  • Good English language proficiency, with a strong command of vocabulary and grammar
  • Willingsness to travel locally for meetings and events, as required
