Job Title: Digital Media Performance Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Associate Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive business growth by optimizing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure timely execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks to meet campaign targets and objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Build, set up, and optimize campaigns across social media platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Search Structure & Strategy: Assist in building and implementing search structures and marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Employ effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry competition and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare and present client reports, offering valuable recommendations and insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain ownership of client budgets and closely monitor performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or a related field (specialization preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in biddable media, preferably with expertise in social media advertising.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
