About the Role

Digikore Digital is seeking an experienced E-commerce Social Media Growth Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that requires a skilled professional with a passion for social media, brand storytelling, and user-generated content.

As an E-commerce Social Media Growth Strategist at Digikore Digital, you will be responsible for developing high-impact strategies across social platforms that drive e-commerce growth. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage influencer partnerships, and track performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty for e-commerce brands.
  • Create and curate user-generated content that highlights product use and builds brand authenticity.
  • Foster a community of brand advocates by engaging with followers, facilitating discussions, and resharing UGC on brand channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to produce visually appealing, on-brand content (stories, reels, posts) that drives e-commerce engagement.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of engaging, trend-aligned content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and micro-influencers to amplify reach and drive product awareness.
  • Develop collaborative campaigns that feature UGC and resonate with e-commerce consumers, encouraging sharing and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing insights on engagement, reach, conversion, and UGC impact.
  • Optimize social media strategies based on performance data, with a focus on maximizing ROI and growth for e-commerce brands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics software, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content that inspires UGC and fosters brand loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to optimize strategies and report on social media performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to execute cohesive social strategies.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
