
Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to work closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives. This is an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires someone who enjoys all things business and operations, can juggle multiple initiatives, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving organisational health projects.
- Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
