Insurance Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Insurance Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts who specialize in product knowledge and research.
Job Responsibilities:- Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of various insurance products
- Provide expert advice on product offerings and claims advocacy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Research Oriented:
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Develop strategic plans to meet client needs and company goals
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure competitive quotes
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Audit, MIS & Reporting:
- Manage and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Generate reports and dashboards to track performance and progress
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong product knowledge and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven leadership skills
