Talent Management Lead
Job Description:The Talent Management Lead is responsible for designing, executing, and governing strategic initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce. This includes Hi-potential identification, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Career Conversation, Competency Mapping, and Capability Building.
- Design and implement a robust Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute well-structured succession planning processes to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
- Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce.
- Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
- Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Drive organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle.
- Coach line managers on effective performance feedback and analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.
- 7-8 years of experience in Talent Management processes design and execution.
- MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background.
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
- Proficient in Data Management and analysis.
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Vendor Management Skill.
