We are currently seeking a leader to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.

Job Description:

As a General Manager you are responsible for leading and supporting your team on a daily basis and ensuring the successful operation of the hotel. You will be the representative person of our brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel and oversee the daily activities. You will plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.

You will be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team. Operate the hotel in a manner that represents our brand standards and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel management or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and passionate about hospitality.
  • Ability to balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
