About Us:

The BENNETT COLEMAN COMPANY LIMITED is a leading media organization seeking a skilled Senior Sales Strategist to spearhead sales, marketing, and product development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans that meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Sales Planning**: Develop and analyze information on clients, their competition, and market trends to inform vertical sales plans and achieve budgeted figures.
2. **Smart Selling and New Initiatives**: Analyze categories/industries with the reporting manager to create implementable plans and suggest new business opportunities.
3. **Client Servicing**: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients/agencies, share market developments, and create awareness of existing/new services offered by the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and product development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum
