Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Motilal Oswal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations of the customer service department.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer complaints and complex service issues in a professional manner
  • Ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer service trends and adjusting processes as needed

You will also work closely with Finance and Sales Teams to stay informed about company offerings, new products, or updates that could impact customers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Post-Graduate in Finance such as CFA / MBA / CA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a Financial Service Industry

A strong understanding of customer service software, CRM tools, and ticketing systems is also required.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
