Job Opportunity: Full-time Customer Service RepresentativeThe role of a Customer Service Representative will involve interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing timely and efficient solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Offered salary is up to 4 lakhs per annum (LPA)
