Job Description

The Senior Manager, Transformation Analytics will lead a small team of analysts to deliver key financial and data analyses across various projects. This includes baselining, case development, value confirmation, value extraction, and value realization.

  • Team Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive resource and financial analyses for Tech and workforce strategy program.
  • Lead reporting of insights on Tech & Workforce Strategy program.
  • Manage creation of complex cases, incorporating multiple data sources.
  • Manage data validation of the Value Confirmation analysis, review executive summary outputs.
  • Direct teams in identifying and reconciling deviations from the approved case.
  • Lead analysis efforts to optimize workforce and resource allocation, driving efficiency across the business.
  • Lead development of models for long-term planning and decision-making, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate data integration across multiple teams to ensure insights are aligned with business priorities and performance objectives.
  • Provide guidance for design and implementation of automated data workflows for complex datasets, collaborating with business and IT teams to expand automation and integrate with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure accurate insights delivery, operating in the 'following-the-sun' model.
