Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional to support the creation and implementation of winning execution strategies in-store with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying sales opportunities and optimization tactics to drive category demand, space and assortment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Space Management- Optimizing shelf space allocation for products.
  • Assortment Planning- Developing tailored product assortments for retail locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

Education: MBA, Masters or bachelors in engineering/economics, statistics, marketing.

Language: English Fluent

Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience as an Insight or Analytics professional in a leading consumer goods company.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Power Point and advance Excel skills. Willingness to learn new tools and capabilities.

Soft Skills: Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop effective solutions.
