Job OverviewThis role involves handling marketplaces business for brands, preferably fashion.
It requires working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels and OMS - Univommerce/ Vinculum/ Incref.
- Handle PnL calculation and convert this understanding to meaningful day to day decisions.
- Lead a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business forward.
A strong analytical mind with number crunching skills is required to make executive decisions. This includes a deep understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Leverage technical expertise to navigate complex systems and tools.
- Cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field.
- Understanding of AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python etc.
