About the Role:

The Placement Manager is responsible for overseeing placements and ensuring successful recruitment processes for students. This role involves collaborating closely with industry professionals, university departments, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing placements and ensuring successful recruitment processes for students.
  • Collaborating closely with industry professionals, university departments, and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with potential employers and industry partners.
  • Coordinating campus recruitment activities, including job fairs, career workshops, and interview sessions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of placement experience in a UGC recognized University/Deemed to be University.
  • MBA in Marketing from a minimum second-tier B-School.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling campus placements.
  • Networking skills with industry professionals.

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
