Job Title: Campus Placement Operations Manager

A high-impact role awaits an experienced campus placement expert to spearhead our fresher recruitment efforts.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring first-hand experience from managing campus placements, leveraging industry connections and a deep understanding of fresher recruitment processes, particularly in fast-growing domains such as Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campus Connects: Establish relationships with corporate partners across regions to drive opportunities for freshers through campus programs and online bootcamps.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with hiring teams at corporates through regular engagement.
  • Industry Networking: Leverage existing recruiter networks to expand hiring partnerships.
  • Employer Engagement: Conduct consultative discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, including JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in a TPO or placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college or B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
