**Job Description:**

We seek an experienced Project Manager-Interior Fitouts to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Design Reviews: Organizing regular design review meetings to evaluate progress against design criteria and making necessary adjustments.
  • Material Selection: Assisting in selecting materials that align with design intent, budget constraints, and sustainability goals.
  • Change Order Management: Tracking and documenting all change orders meticulously, including associated costs and impacts on timelines.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Managing subcontractors closely to ensure their work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
  • Conflict Prevention: Implementing proactive measures to minimize conflicts among stakeholders and team members before they escalate.
  • Value Engineering: Analyzing project costs and recommending modifications to improve quality, reduce costs, or enhance functionality without compromising design intent.
  • Time Management: Instilling effective time management practices within the team to optimize productivity while meeting deadlines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress, team performance, and financial status.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience of 4-5 years minimum in similar field is a must.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
