Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
    • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
    • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and deadlines.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of interior designers, draftsmen, and project coordinators.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-performance delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
    • Present design concepts, mood boards, and layouts to clients for approval.
    • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Design Development:
    • Oversee the creation of design concepts, 2D/3D drawings, and detailed plans.
    • Ensure that designs adhere to brand standards, functional requirements, and aesthetic goals.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and materials.
    • Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper execution of designs on-site.
    • Address any on-site challenges or modifications in coordination with the team and vendors.
  • Budget and Quality Control:
    • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, invoices, and approvals.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and challenges.
