Educational Background

  • A bachelor's degree in project management, interior design, or architecture is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project execution plans with clear timelines and milestones, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE DESIGN INTEGRITY AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS ARE MET.
  • Regular site inspections and quality checks guarantee that our projects meet the highest standards.
  • Prioritize delivering projects on-time, within scope, and budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to address sampling and design requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to tackle on-site challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.

  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception through completion, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective ability to handle unexpected issues and make decisions that keep projects on track.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure design specifications are met.
