Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the position of Business Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing relationships with MSME clients and develop new ones through effective use of CRM and knowledge banking systems.
  • Regularly collaborate with colleagues in Branch Banking, MSME Associations, and Office Bearers to meet minimum daily targets of 2 MSME clients.
  • Expand asset book by providing working capital facilities and term loans to MSME clients.
  • Foster liability growth by offering various trade and transaction products like cash management services, trade and treasury products, current accounts, saving accounts, and fixed deposits.
  • Enhance profitability and client retention by identifying opportunities for cross-selling POS machines, salary accounts, insurance, and wealth management products.
  • Coordinate with Risk, Operations, and service teams to ensure timely loan delivery and smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve sales and productivity targets through continuous improvement of work processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in Working Capital SECTION of Banking/NBFC.
