Pam Programmer Job Description

The role of the Pam Programmer involves implementing privileged access management solutions for customers, configuring and customizing PAM components to meet organizational needs. This position requires participation in PAM strategy development and implementation, as well as conducting testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement PAM solution for customers
  • Configure and customize PAM components
  • Participate in PAM strategy development and implementation
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders
  • Define and enforce access controls and policies
  • Cross-functional collaboration with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams
  • Mentor and coach team members

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and administration of PAM solutions
  • Knowledge on cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and best practices
  • Hands-on experience integrating PAM solutions with tools like Active Directory, Azure/OKTA SAML, SMTP, NTP
  • Exposure to PAM integration with Monitoring tools, SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk, HP Arc Sight)
