Cyber Security Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to implement, configure, and maintain our privileged access management solutions. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring privileged access across our organization's systems, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
  • You will integrate our PAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, customizing configurations to align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  • In this role, you will develop and enforce policies for privileged account usage, ensuring adherence to security standards and minimizing potential vulnerabilities.
  • Continuously monitor privileged access activities, generate detailed reports, and analyze logs to detect and respond to unauthorized or suspicious actions.
  • You will work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational objectives, providing expertise and support as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in PAM technologies and cybersecurity threats, recommending and implementing enhancements to strengthen access controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years focused on implementing and managing PAM solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing PAM solutions, understanding of access control models, and familiarity with related technologies such as LDAP, RDBMS, and SSL.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specific PAM solution certifications are advantageous.
