Sales Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team at Merzecool Systems.
As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our air conditioning products and services by identifying customer needs, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and a proven track record of success in sales. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in residential and commercial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Presentation and demonstration of split and inverter air conditioning products to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver tailored quotations and proposals to meet customer requirements
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 based on industry standards in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
