About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team as a Financial Director. This individual will be responsible for driving our organization's financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with at least 15 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with Big 4 Statutory Audit firms. They should have a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and legal compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversight of cash flow and cash management processes
  • Preparing regular financial statements and reports
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Reviewing, negotiating, advising, and executing financial transactions
