Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring strict adherence to global accounting standards and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control frameworks and accounting policies consistent with top-tier professional services network standards.
  • Manage international tax compliance, including transfer pricing documentation and foreign subsidiary tax filings.
  • Conduct advanced financial analysis, providing strategic insights to senior management to support global business decisions.
  • Act as primary liaison for both internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and providing comprehensive documentation.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential international acquisitions, providing expert financial analysis and risk assessments.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience with Big 4 accounting firm in assurance, advisory, or tax role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with international accounting standards and managing finances of entities in different countries.
