Export Leader Position:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead international sales efforts and develop strategic export plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the export team for smooth order processing, documentation, and timely dispatch.
- International travel is required to interact with buyers, distributors, and agents.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients to negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs policies.
- Coordinate production, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and shipment planning.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in target regions.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meets.
- Maintain accurate records of exports and generate regular sales and performance reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in export operations and international sales in the bags, leather, or apparel industry.
- Deep understanding of global trade practices, export-import documentation, Incoterms, LC handling, and shipping regulations.
- Proven track record of developing international markets and increasing export volumes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and export management software.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international trade practices and be able to develop strong client relationships.
