Job Title: Corporate Training Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our corporate training division, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

  1. Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding client base.
  2. Training Delivery & Content Creation: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs tailored to corporate clients across industries.
  3. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of trainers, content creators, and business development professionals.
  4. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success and impact of training programs and business operations.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in corporate training, training delivery, content development, and managing training teams.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling business units or teams independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of corporate training trends, adult learning principles, and skill development frameworks.
