Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Training Business Head to spearhead our Corporate Training division. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in training delivery, content development, and team management, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, operations, and growth of our Corporate Training business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Training vertical independently, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
Training Delivery & Content Creation:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programs tailored to corporate clients across industries.
Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of trainers, content creators, and business development professionals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
Business Growth & Expansion:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client base, and enhancing service offerings.
Entrepreneurial Initiative:
- Act as a business owner within the organization, taking initiative to innovate, optimize processes, and scale the Corporate Training Work closely with other verticals within Dreamweavers to leverage synergies and cross-sell services where appropriate.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success and impact of training programs and business operations.
Qualifications & Minimum 20+ years of experience in corporate training, training delivery, content development, and managing training teams.
Leadership:
- Proven track record of managing and scaling business units or teams independently.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Comfortable taking ownership, driving business growth, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of corporate training trends, adult learning principles, and skill development frameworks.
