Create comprehensive sales training programs that align with company goals, product offerings, and customer needs.
- Develop and update training materials such as presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Customize training content based on specific team needs and product updates.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching to improve the performance of the sales team.
- Focus on various sales techniques including prospecting, negotiation, closing, CRM utilization, and handling objections.
- Evaluate sales reps' learning and performance, providing feedback and personalized coaching where necessary.
- Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, providing timely feedback to both individuals and the leadership team.
- Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Implement improvements based on feedback from participants and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Partner with other departments (Marketing, Product Development, HR) to ensure alignment in messaging, tools, and resources for the sales team.
- Equip the sales team with up-to-date product knowledge, sales techniques, and resources to succeed.
- Help sales reps improve their confidence and efficiency in customer interactions through continuous learning.
- Promote the use of technology and sales tools (CRM, analytics platforms) to enhance productivity.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to management on sales team effectiveness, training outcomes, and performance trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
