Sales trainers **provide sales training, mentoring, and support services**. They train and educate sales staff from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis. They develop and implement training and professional development programs.

**Sales Trainer responsibilities include**:

- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)

Job brief:

- We are looking for a Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams.

Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
