The Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Leader to oversee accounting, compliance and tax functions. The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of experience, strong technical expertise in Indian and international taxation, and leadership in managing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review management reports, financial statements, and tax returns.

  • Manage complex tax matters such as GST, CGT, FBT, and Division 7A compliance.

  • Deliver business advisory services including management accounting, board reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and succession planning.

  • Identify tax issues and opportunities, provide actionable strategies, and ensure continuous improvement year-on-year.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (mandatory).
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA (highly desirable).
