Job Title: Data Engineering Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Lead to spearhead our data engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data engineering solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures

- Develop and maintain high-quality code in multiple programming languages

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Mentor junior engineers and lead by example

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing large-scale data systems
  • Expertise in ETL, SQL, Oracle, and cloud technologies
  • Familiarity with data warehouse and BI tools, including DAC, Qlik, and OBIEE
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
