Job Title: Data Architecture SpecialistAbout this Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architecture Specialist to drive our company's growth by designing and implementing scalable data models.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle and modern microservices-based architecture to join our team.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data modeling.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle (PL/SQL, schema design, performance tuning).
  • 3+ years of experience designing data models for microservices or distributed architectures.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing monolithic data models, designing scalable target-state data models, and ensuring alignment with business domains.
  • Assess and document existing relational data models, focusing on Oracle-based systems and legacy applications.
  • Identify dependencies, shared schemas, and tightly coupled data entities across business domains.
  • Define target-state logical and physical data models aligned with microservices and bounded context principles.
  • Design data partitioning, ownership boundaries, and communication patterns between microservices.
  • Collaborate with application architects, integration teams, and domain owners to ensure data model alignment with service boundaries.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, transformation, and reconciliation strategies during the transition process.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, normalization, and performance in target-state models.
