Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter with expertise in civil engineering or architecture to join our recruitment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for clients in Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
